Shamanism is the most ancient spiritual practice known to humankind and dates back tens of thousands of years.  It is a method of combining meditation and intention to engage healing work at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Shaman has come to mean "the one who sees in the dark" or "the one who knows". The Shaman teaches that there are doorways into other realms of reality where helping spirits reside who can share guidance, insight and healing not just for ourselves but also the world we live in. Shamanism reveals that we are part of Nature and one with all life.
