The November full moon is about final preparations of winter and surrounding ourselves with what will comfort us and sustain us during the dark months ahead. 

Join The Boreal Shaman, Rae Lynn as she leads this small group session of building Prana, cleansing & aligning our bodies with the power of Breath. 

Session will include components of Shamanic Healing techniques.

Please bring: water, yoga mat, pillows & blankets and any personal item you would like to place on the Altar.
